How does IbeX work?

Simplified, automated document management,
from start to finish.

The email monitor scans for new messages and attachments, and routes them to the appropriate matter folder based on the email address and content.

Documents can also be added by drag-and-drop into the desktop IbeX folder.

IbeX categorizes the document and extracts key details to create a standardized, easy-to-search file name.

The stand-alone version of IbeX has a matter database, into which users enter the matter information. From here you can also generate documents populated with the database information. To retrieve a document, browse your folder, or use our search function by typing the client name, document type, date, etc. for faster and easier lookup than traditional document management systems.

The integrated version of IbeX gathers the matter information from the management software (Clio, Worldocs, etc.). Documents can be stored locally or on the management software platform
